My friend turned me onto this game back when I still had an iPhone 3, and have continued to play on my 5. I really enjoy just jumpin around and blowin up those little monsters. Some glitchy things happen sometimes as others have mentioned, such as the grenade launcher failing to fire, or getting stuck on a ledge. Those arent a huge deal. Ive even grown accustomed to playing quite well on the 5 despite the game not filling the entire screen. However, there is one glitch that continues to interfere with my ability to play. For some reason, on occasion the game will pause when I rapidly change direction and fire my weapon in order to save my character or clear the path. Then when I unpause, my character almost always instantly dies. Its frustrating knowing I would have been fine if the glitch hadnt occurred. All in all, a great game! Ill continue to play despite the glitches. An update is definitely necessary, though.

For the lowest difficulty level the controls are ok, but as it ramps up they will fail. Great game though, really fun. Please launch an update with button options

I can no longer play this because of too many issues with this not being optimized for the iPhone 5 :(

This is a very fun game to play that makes me think of arcade games but it is very hard to play with it not being optimized for the iPhone 5 screen and it has a few minor glitches with the bigger screen like pausing for no reason but other than that it is a great game!

This type of game is kin that you just cant put down until you have the high score. In the first hour I was already at 114 creates on the first level (on normal of course)

I love this game, but it really needs to switch to iPhone 5 screen support. Also the buttons need to be bigger.

Please, please, pleeeease update SCB to play well with the iPhone 5 gen! Its utterly unplayable, pausing any time I try to change direction. Also, the controls are now too far away from the edge; reaching so far toward the center of the screen is really tiring and unintuitive. Please update, so that we may finally find those darn golden crates needed for the... other update! Thanks!

best platformer/shooter ever Why did yall stop updating though?

This game works really well on iPod touch 4. I recommend this to anyone who is interested!!

Control scheme is terrible! The tiny arrows I have to push fluently is more of a challenge than the game it self!!! I died more times due to the fact that I "missed the arrow button" with my finger than I actually died for a legit reason. Other than that it is a good game, fix the controls and Ill give it the other stars.

Why 1 star? This game,in its current version is UNPLAYABLE for the iPhone 5s. Aside from the simple fixes– black bar removed, controls shifted– the game pauses every 20 seconds when my fingers are nowhere near the pause button. Fix and I will change my rating to 5 stars!

This game is a lot of fun and a great time sink. The reason I can only give it 3 stars is the buggy and frustrating controls. Too often the buttons dont feel responsive on every hit or it actually registers the wrong button press (I seem to hit start randomly when pushing certain button combinations). Another problem is the lack of iPhone 5 support. Its easy to miss the buttons as they feel awkwardly too central to reliable hit. Hope this game gets an update sometime, but until the. Its only fun, not great.

It needs ITouch 5 support. Also, if you miss the b and left buttons enough, it pauses the game. Because I miss the buttons a lot, this is super frustrating. Im not saying nix the feature entirely, just add an option to turn that off. Over all, great game, it just needs a touch up.

First Id like to say that this game is extremely addicting. The first day I got it (on computer) I played it for about 5 hours straight. However, I am on the 5s and whenever I hit one of the buttons (not sure if its A or B) and simultaneously accidentally touch the black bars (even slightly) the game pauses. This can be extremely annoying and happens to me all the time. Im not sure if this is an intended feature that isnt very useful or If its a bug. Please fix it, and thanks for the great game!!

A fun a well made game ruined by hard to use and irresponsible controls. Game randomly pauses

The controls are horrible. The buttons need to be bigger and the options menu will randomly pop up in the middle of playing. Promised an update in february of 2013 for iphone 5 support and nothing!

Its about time to update. 5 stars easy when it happens :)
